Sr. Product Manager – Liberty
Lawrence, Massachusetts
Main Responsibilities:
•Leads market opportunity identification, product definition, lifecycle management, and strategic roadmap for an industry-recognized automated peritoneal dialysis (APD) cycler and associated equipment
•Gathers and applies market research, competitive analysis, and user needs, leveraging commercial teams and other Voice of Customer sources as needed
•Support the development of business plans to secure resources to develop and commercialize a regular cadence of new/updated product offerings or enter new markets
•Drive product innovation with improved value proposition in line with market & business requirements
•Drive global peritoneal dialysis product portfolio strategies and cost-down initiatives as necessary
•Competitive analyses to drive global product strategies and inform competitive positioning
•Provide ongoing operational support to markets, e.g., supply chain disruptions, commercial releases, tenders, upgrades, etc.
•Lead cross-functional commercialization initiatives for relevant products and geographies, ensuring proper internal training on product launches and guidance for regional/country marketing teams to develop tools for successful product introductions and adoption
•Supports in directing efforts of our Clinical Innovation Manager team and an Associate Product Manager
What we expect?
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related scientific field; MBA is a plus
•Experience in MedTech Industry in a product management, product strategy, product development or upstream marketing role is desired
•A proven track record in working with cross-functional teams, scoping development programs and launching new products is a plus
•Strong management skills with the ability to influence and functionally lead cohesive and productive teams
•Business acumen and strong analytical skills in combination with a highly agile mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively
•The flexibility to work in a highly interculturally diverse environment
•Ability to commute into our US headquarters in Lawrence MA (approximately 1-3 days a week minimum)
•Readiness to travel up to 25-30%, primarily domestic
•Fluent in English; Spanish or German a plus
