Thank you for taking the time to apply for our Patient Care Technician (PCT) role!  This role is one of the most important roles in the clinic, spending the most time with our patients, and carrying with it some of the most responsibility.

As you’ll see in the below video, being a PCT means starting early, staying late, handling needles and blood, listening to patients’ worries and stress with an empathetic ear, being compassionate when a patient has a bad day, and following precise processes and protocols.
