"I started with American Access Care Physician of the Bronx in March of 2006 and here I’m sixteen years later. As a Patient Services Coordinator I play a vital part in ensuring the needs of our patients are being addressed. While attending to our patients, I maintain a positive caring and compassionate personality, getting to know them by name and making them feel at home.

While working for FMCNA, I’ve learned so much about patient care, the medical field and my own personality along the way. I am extremely passionate about people and I’m really big on family. I love planning and organizing events, hosting, cooking and just having plain fun with those who surround me.

My passion is to help others, so I strive to provide quality personal services to all our patients, I treat them with respect and compassion, knowing that each patient is unique and that no single approach is the right one for every individual. In my role as a Patient Service Coordinator I attentively listen and communicate well with our doctors and staff to get our patients the best treatment possible as I would a member of my family."
