I joined FMC team for my sister but I have always worked in the medical field. Once my sister was diagnosed with lupus and had to be placed on I dialysis though, I felt I needed to do more. I enjoy learning new things and information so that I can share the things with her.

When someone calls FMC, we're the first point of contact. Because of this it’s very  important to make sure the person on the other end has a clear explanation and that they’re satisfied when the call ends. To ensure a successful outcome I treat every patient, nurse, or doctor on the other line as if they're my sister calling to for information.

I’ve experienced professional growth here at FMC. I started off as a customer service rep II, and being able to move up to a SR representative shows that my company values my work.

I really enjoy what I do because everyday work I look at it as if we are saving another patient's life."
