Since starting with FMC, I have acquired abilities in problem solving, research, lab work, and so many more skills that I plan on continuing to develop within the company. Along with learning new skills, I’ve also learned so much about myself. Every role I’ve held within FMC has helped me to understand that my goal in life is to continue working in dialysis.

I started as a dialysis technician and moved on to become an access manager, and now I’m developing in my role as a Senior Customer Service Representative. This role is vital because I communicate with each department for resolutions. I work on client concerns and issues daily do my best to accommodate them when needed. The Senior Customer Service Representative position is essentially the” glue” when it comes to interacting with one another as a team in order to be successful.
