Meet Mikki, Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs
Mikki Ward got her start with Fresenius Medical Care North Amerca as a Patient Care Technician (PCT), having worked as an EMT-A and Nurse Aid in San Antonio, TX. From PCT to Staff RN, to promotion to Director of Nurses (what we would now call Clinical Manager), Mikki continues her now a 32-year career with Fresenius as a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs. Meet Kevin, Area Manager II with NxStage Home Therapies
Kevin Baldwin is an Area Manager II with NxStage Home Therapies, a subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care North America. Kevin initially joined Fresenius because he was impressed with FMCNA’s commitment to quality and innovation in their portfolio of Dialysis Products. He made a difficult decision to leave the company for a short time but returned when he realized that he missed being a part of an organization that has a direct, positive impact on patient’s lives every day. Meet Tiffanie, Associate Sales Manager in our RTG business
Tiffanie Jacobson is an Associate Sales Manager in our RTG business, and when asked where her office is, she replied, “my car!” Covering her assigned territory keeps her busy, but she enjoys the daily change of scenery. Tiffanie hasn’t always been a part of RTG, she started with Fresenius as a Dietitian. She left Fresenius to gain sales experience and returned 7 years later to pursue sales - what she considers her second career. We wanted to hear her story – what drove her to make a change in her career and how she ended up back at Fresenius Medical Care.
Meet Monica, General Manager of the Mitigation Division
Monica Cobb is a General Manager of the Mitigation Division and has had a number of different titles since she first started with FMCNA 42 years ago. Monica is a great example of what a career at FMCNA can look like when you are dedicated to helping our patients even if you do not work with them directly every day. Monica retired on December 31, 2019. But her legacy at FMCNA will live on. We are honored to call her one of us!
Meet Vladimir, Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator
Vladimir Francois is a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator with FMCNA and has been with the company since 2017. Starting as a Transportation and Safety Specialist, he knows how crucial a role our drivers play when it comes to delivering dialysis supplies in a timely matter.
