Our PTO program offers employees flexibility in using paid time off for vacation, holiday and personal time. PTO days can also be reimbursed for cash for up to 80 hours per year. Employees who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible.
In addition to PTO days, ESL is a benefit program that may provide for pay during extended absences should a member of our FMCNA family suffer from illness or injury.
Employees may choose to save pre-tax dollars in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account to pay for non-reimbursed medical/dental/vision or dependent care expenses.
In your time of greatest need, this employee-paid plan provides up to 60% of your salary when you are unable to work due to illness or injury. All employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible.
Employees have the option to purchase Long-term Care Insurance for coverage in the event you need care in a long-term care facility or similar setting. Administered by Genworth, coverage varies dependent upon the amount purchased.
FMCNA works with industry-leading investments providers to help employees save for the future. We also offer competitive vesting schedules and a company match of 50 cents for each dollar you save up to the first 6% of your salary (3% additional) after one year of employment.

Weight Watchers will be reimbursed 100% for employees who complete the entire program.
FMCNA funds a scholarship program for employees’ children and grandchildren who meet certain application criteria. Employees may apply for annual scholarships of up to $3,000, renewable each year of post-secondary education for three years, applicable to tuition, fees, required books, supplies and materials.
