**Position to be based in LATAM or Mexico**

Position Responsibilities:

  • Represent the CE Sales Academy in the region and be at once the ambassador of the regions in the SalesAcademy 

  • Manage regional strategy for the implementation of the global sales training curriculum flawlessly andtakes full responsibility by acting as an ongoing training and program owner for any global/regional salestraining or excellence program that is launched in the regions or that may be driven globally and needlocal implementation. Includes developing regional project plans, communicating to target groups,leading multiple stakeholders, and owning all phases of implementation oversight

  • Build and implement a regional training delivery organization. Act as trainer by training the trainers (TTT)for curriculum implementation or program delivery

  • Manage translation and localization of curriculum and programs and initiatives with the countries

  • Understand regional training needs & support training needs assessment with the global team of theSales Academy. Support global processes for curriculum implementation or design, preparation, deliveryof training and development programs for global and especially for own regions

  • Implement and lead the EMEA/AP/CAN sales training community to deliver sales training in the regionand manage best practice sharing with/between the countries. Collaborates with all sales trainers toensure that curriculum and all programs and initiative are implemented to a defined & consistent highstandard

  • Drive sales excellence of the regional sales team by enhancing their knowledge, skills and competenciesneeded to drive business results.Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our salesteams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals. Enable Sales Managers for coaching  salesreps and be a coach of the country sales trainers

  • Manage stakeholder relationships in the regions to commercial regional/country managers, verticals andother regional local training organizations (Technical, CD or HR)

  • Ongoing monitoring, measurement and improvement of sales training delivery based on global/regionalKPI’s 

  • Challenge the Status Quo: Approach training through a lens of curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking.

Critical Deliverables: 

  • Implementation of global curriculum with clear roll out plan

  • Implementation of global sales excellence initiatives/programs (e.g.Hybrid Sales, Values Selling or   

       fight inflation programs)

  • Regional sales training community to manage global governance in balance to regional/country needs

Critical Experience:

  • Successfully completed business administration or educational orpsychological studies or sales specialist qualified additionally

  • 5-10 years of professional training experience with a special focuson sales in an international environment. Proven track record ofsuccessful training and program delivery 

  • Knowledge and experience inprofile basedcompetency and skillmanagement, competency assessment, learning/training needsanalysis. Proven track record of development and implementation

  • Experiences in setting up and working in governance structures,keep organizations stick to it

  • Strong training management experience, program managementand implementation skills.Has proven record of running capabilitybuilding programs and deployment with training the trainers (TTT)

  • Knowledge of effective (digital) learning methods/formats for formal, informal or social learning

  • Strong relation management with diverse stakeholders, partnersand trainer relations regional and in global organization 

  • Experience with data and measuring impact of learning

  • Excellent knowledge of learning development methodologies andeffective training techniques to ensure maximum impact andaudience engagement. A passion for delivery and customerhappiness. 

  • Knowledge of the health care business especially in theresponsible regions

  • Fluent in Spanish,portoguesean advantage
