The Time & Attendance Senior Manager will provide leadership in executing a global strategy focused on time recording and absence management. A primary focus will be to effect positive change and to drive efficiencies leveraging technology, process optimization and employee enablement. The role will lead operational efforts through a global team to support the administration of a standardized system, processes, and policies, ensuring smooth operations.


  • Lead FMC in selecting a global time and attendance solution that best meet its business requirements and operational needs
  • Be primary business owner of the system and the foremost expert on its inner workings.
  • Lead the overall design, deployment, and maintenance of the selected time solution globally
  • Complete design sessions leveraging re-engineering tools and methodology to optimize the process and system configuration to streamline the end-user experience and all parties impacted downstream
  • Advise business users in the most effective use of the application to satisfy business needs
  • Collaborate with local teams to continually brainstorm solutions for new situations and changing business dynamics
  • Manage new requests and/or system enhancements to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide oversight and ownership for end user support, resolving inquiries and issues
  • Develop SLAs and dashboard to track process performance
  • Communicate at all levels regarding project statuses and SLAs
  • Collaborate with DTI to translate business requirements into technical solutions/plans and prioritize future enhancements
  • Maintain site sharing training, job aids, system updates, policies, etc.
  • Communicate updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in time and/or payroll processes
  • Experience with system implementations and executing large projects
  • Experience in global environment across multiple countries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information
  • Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions and levels of an organization to drive teams towards success-based results
  • Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detail
  • Must be able to think at the strategic level while implementing at the project level
