PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMCNA policy requirements.

Utilizes in depth knowledge of management systems to support the International Business. In compliance with company standards, provides business skill and operational knowledge to produce quality deliverables and support the International Distributors (EMEA, UK and Canada), Supply Chain and Logistics.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards
  • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with International Distributors through effective and timely communication
  • Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding any International Business related issues with International Distributors in a timely manner
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
  • May provide assistance to junior level staff with more complex tasks that require a higher level of understanding of functions
  • May escalate issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary
  • Mentor other staff as applicable
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor
  • Make sure that both NxStage and International Distributors (EMEA, UK and Canada) will adhere to the Agreement
  • Receive updated sales information as well as inventory information from International Distributors on a monthly basis to understand their true demand and supply
  • Partner with International Distributors to provide robust in-depth analysis and recommendation based tracking of sales metrics and KPI’s
  • Assist in building operations support structure for the International Business management, including BIRST reports for monthly dashboard and other reports
  • Lead routine conference calls and meetings with International Distributors.
  • Guide Logistics in prioritization and containerization of each shipment order
  • Work closely with the planners to prioritize allocation to International Distributors when there is a limited supply
  • Work with Product Management to understand upcoming new product or product changes and organize and communicate rollout plans with International Distributors
  • When any issues arise, be the main contact to communicate with International Distributors and work cross-functionally on solutions with PET teams
  • Responsible for Supply Chain accuracy in various systems; including, but not limited to IFS, BIRST and Agile
  • Continually evaluate analytical practices and develop more efficient methods and tools for accomplishing tasks
  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Ensure that our network is operating efficiently, and meeting the changing needs of our internal and external customers
  • Interface with IT to understand data collection process.Validate and analyze data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide regularly scheduled reporting packages that are distributed to Supply Chain, Logistics and International Distributors
  • Monitor, analyze and report on patient and customer data. Work with cross functional teams to resolve data issues at all levels.
  • Help to evaluate new processes and software solutions to drive efficiency in all aspects of the NxStage operations.
  • Prepare documentation for all departmental procedures and processes.
  • Design and create ad hoc reports as needed

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in business analysis and operations or supply chain work
  • Strong Excel skills a must
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills required
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server or MS Access a plus
  • Experience with business Intelligence software is a plus
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours as required
  • Ability to produce high quality work in accordance with project timelines
  • Ability to multitask and respond to priority issues effectively
  • Ability to work independently, under general supervision
